MIJ Vintage 13" x 9" Rack Tom Blue Sparkle. This is an unbranded Rack Tom that is in great shape! The lugs look to be of the "Whitehall" Label and are heavy duty, clean, and work as they should. The Blue Sparkle Wrap is very nice and is tight to the shell. All hardware is in good shape including the mount clip that is stamped " Made in Japan". A great looking clean drum!
